The form is powered by SmartyGrants, an Our Community product. You will need to create a profile to log in. If you've used SmartyGrants to apply for a grant, you may already have a profile, in which case you can just log in.
You may begin anywhere in the form. Please ensure you save as you go - the form does not save automatically.
When you submit your application, you will receive an automated confirmation email with a copy of your submitted application attached. This will be sent to the email you used to register. If you do not receive a confirmation of submission email then you should presume that your submission has not been submitted.
